Challenged with creating a showcase that would reflect the ambiance and lifestyle of the finished development while it was still under construction, a nearby industrial building was selected to house the sales center. The critically acclaimed facility set a new standard of excellence for the presale experience for condominiums in San Francisco. The luxurious main room incorporated visual presentations, building models, graphics displays demonstrating the innovative safety, design and engineering aspects of the development and interactive kiosks programmed with unit plans and views. In a more private setting, a series of model room vignettes were built to demonstrate the high quality level of unit finishes and furnishing layout options for various rooms. The sales center contributed to One Rincon Hill being the most successful presale offering in San Francisco history.
