Lincoln Park Residence

This stately classical residence is an architectural showcase of fine detailing and a beautifully appointed interior.  The luxury home lingered under construction for nearly two years with little progress being made and another winter soon approaching. Issues needing immediate resolution were identified and a short-term critical path plan was implemented to allow for construction to proceed through the winter months. An overall project management plan was then developed, implemented and monitored through the successful completion of the project. The residence features a carved limestone facade and custom designed wood, metal and stone elements inside the home to create an exceptional living environment.
