Located in a pine and birch forest on the shore of Lake Michigan, this family compound was designed as a country retreat for a young couple and their extended families. Unable to continue with the homes construction, JSA was retained to perform a complete financial reconciliation and construction progress assessment to allow the clients to fully understand their project baseline for exploring their development options. From this assessment several project completions scenarios were formulated for evaluation and a disposition strategy for the property was implemented.
